Characteristics and peculiarities

- This model was built by order of Brunei on an exclusive basis. Specifications and technical details are not revealed.
- This model is also known as Rolls-Royce Majestic and during the design phase also as Rolls-Royce Phantom. It was a seven seater limousine.
- The first designs for this car were made in the early nineties when a Phantom VII was considered as the successor of the Phantom VI.
- The model was designed and built by Abbey Panels from Coventry. Actually, the work was done by Descartes Design from Coventry, a sister company.
- The engine was the same as in the Rolls-Royce Flying Spur (1995), with turbo and without catalyst.
- The cars were built on an aluminium bonded structure. The rear doors were rear-hinged.
- The black paint and upholstery were "non-standard black".

Production and chassis numbers

This model has the letter "H" on the fifth position in the chassis number. This letter indicates a non standard model for selected customers, especially Brunei. The serial numbers at the end of the chassis numbers don't belong to the regular numbers in that model year.
