Characteristics and peculiarities

Backgrounds of this model

General characteristics
- The radiator height being reduced by 2 inches.
- Adoption of an integrated front bumper and air dam design, together with wrap around bumpers. Also an integrated rear bumper design.
- The Flying Lady reduced in size by around 20 percent.
- Rubberised stone chip protection applied to wheelarches and sills, painted in the car's body colour.
- New window-mounted external mirrors fitted at the expense of the front quarterlights.
- New distinctively designed 16 inch wheels with silver painted finish to hub caps.
- An identification plate "SILVER SPIRIT".
- White wall tyres.
- A new Zytek electronic fuel injection management system.
- The spare wheel within the well of the boot.
- New facia and centre console with many detail alterations.
- Electrical adjustment of the steering wheel. Automatical lift of the steering wheel to aid entry and exit to and from the driver's seat.
- Redesigned seats with vertical fluting.
