Backgrounds of this model
- Because the Bentley Turbo RT was standard a Long wheelbase edition, the Standard wheelbase was not listed anymore by the factory. So the Turbo RT SWB was never offered by the factory as a model. Yet it could be bought as a special order. The standard edition was called the Bentley Turbo RT SWB (Standard wheelbase).
- The Turbo RT SWB is a Turbo R which features the Continental T's power train.
- The Bentley Turbo RT SWB is the non-official successor of the Bentley Turbo R (Standard wheelbase).
General characteristics
- Engine with 400 bhp, 590 lb ft at 2100 rpm.
- Mesh grille.
- Body coloured bumpers with chrome finishers and body coloured lower lip, together with mesh inserts to match the car's mesh grille.

Besides that the Bentley Turbo RT Mulliner has a number series of its own.
