Characteristics and peculiarities

Backgrounds of this model
- The Bentley Arnage Limousine is a Bentley Arnage RL with an extra extended wheelbase.
- The available extensions were 250 mm, 450 mm (roof height increased by 100 mm) and 728 mm (roof height increased by 50 mm).
- The extra 28 inch length (728 mm) in comparison with the standard Arnage R is added as an extra stretch between the two doors. The overall effect is a larger rear area inside the car.
- The Arnage Limousine is only available as a bespoke model that can be customised by Mulliner to the desires of the customer. Even full armoured protection could be delivered.
- The Arnage Limousine would also present a credible challenge to BMW's attempts to revive the Rolls-Royce brand with its launched new model, the Phantom.

Original characteristics (728 mm stretch)
- 400 bhp, 6.75-litre V8 engine.
- Footrests that also double as rear-facing occasional seats.
- A rear compartment sunroof.
- Both straight grain and burr English oak.
- An independent air-conditioning system for the rear cabin.
- A concealed drinks bar, cigar drawer and bottle cooler.
- Lighting is provided not by conventional bulbs, but instead by fibre-optics.
- A hidden 22-inch (55 cms) entertainment screen that is designed to raise itself into view from in front of the electrically operated glass dividing screen between the front and rear cabins.
- Boasting Dolby 5.1 surround sound, which works in conjunction with the DVD and television systems and blinds on all windows to the side and rear; the Arnage Limousine turns itself into a private cinema in an instant.
- Chrome-finished radiator.
- Chrome-finished door mirror caps.
- Chrome-finished sill covers.
- A jewel-type fuel filler cap.
- Mulliner badging.
- In principle eveything than can be thought of, can be ordered in this car.
- Armour protection could be specified as an integral part of the body shell.

Model year 2005
- Round headlamps with twin individual lights with chrome bezels, clear lenses and integrated indicators. Xenon bulbs for dip beam and halogen bulbs for full beam.
- A new bonnet line, radiator shell and grille.
