Characteristics and peculiarities |
Backgrounds of this model
- The Bentley Arnage Limousine is a Bentley Arnage R with an extra extended wheelbase.
- The available extensions were 250 mm, 450 mm (roof height increased by 100 mm) and 728 mm (roof height increased by 50 mm).
- The extra 28 inch length (728 mm) in comparison with the standard Arnage R was added as an extra stretch between the two doors. The overall effect was a larger rear area inside the car.
- The Arnage Limousine was only available as a bespoke model that could be customised by Mulliner to the desires of the customer. Even full armoured protection could be delivered.
- The Arnage Limousine with 450 mm extension could be armour plated.
- All Arnage Limousines with a 450 mm or 728 mm extension were fitted with a left-hand drive.
- The Arnage Limousine was developed in order to present a credible challenge to BMW's attempts to revive the Rolls-Royce brand with its new model, the Phantom.

- Boasting Dolby 5.1 surround sound, which works in conjunction with the DVD and television systems and blinds on all windows to the side and rear; the Arnage Limousine turns itself into a private cinema in an instant.
- Chrome-finished radiator.
