On May 4th 2004 Rolls-Royce celebrated the centenary of the meet of Charles Stewart Rolls and Frederick Henry Royce with the launch of this Rolls-Royce Centenary Phantom. The special edition of the Phantom was announced on May 4th in the Midland Hotel, Manchester, where Henry Royce met the Hon. Charles Rolls.

General characteristics
- Unique Dark Curzon exterior colour.
- Treadplates with "C.S. Rolls & F.H. Royce 4th May, 2004".
- Red RR badges. The RR-badge on the grille is chromium plated.
- Chassis plate on the B-post.
- Meteor Silver wheels.
- Dark Curzon hides.
- Stitched in Smoke Grey leather.
- Figured Mahogany veneer.
- Silver RR inlays in all four waistrails.
- Anodised lacquer on the dials.
- Aluminium dashboard with fine structure.
- Solid Sterling silver Spirit of Ecstasy.

Production and chassis numbers

Only 35 examples were manufactured.
